Drop in Dashboard for your Autotuner stats and reports

This dashboard includes:

Heap Pages over time
Request Time over time
Garbage Collection Count over time
Autotuner Report suggestions

To get started, make sure you have updated your Honeybadger gem to >= 5.26, then enable Insights instrumentation by including this in your config/honeybadger.yml:
