2. Enter your context field
Section titled “2. Enter your context field”This is the field that you set in the context in your application with the user
ID that is associated with your Intercom users. For example, if you are
identifying users with Intercom with current_user.id, and you have
current_user.id in the user_id field of your context, then enter user_id
in this field.
3. Connect via OAuth
Section titled “3. Connect via OAuth”Select the “Connect OAuth” button and give access to our app.
4. Save
Section titled “4. Save”That’s it! You can test the integration by clicking “Test”. Otherwise, just save it and you’re ready to go.
